We apply a childὋ and petὋsafe preὋspray that loosens embedded soil and oils. On tough areas, we agitate gently (brush/CRB) so the cleaner penetrates the fibers without damaging the carpet.

Using professional hot water extraction, we rinse the carpet thoroughly and recover the water at the same time. This removes dirt, allergens, and residue—leaving fibers clean and soft, not crunchy.

Remaining spots are treated individually with the right specialty solutions (enzyme for pet, tannin for tea/wine, solvent for grease). We’ll explain any permanent stains we encounter.

We groom the fibers for an even finish and faster drying. As needed, we set up air movers and advise on ventilation. Most carpets dry in 2–4 hours.
